Nalta Mae Lombard

Nalta Mae Lombard, age 90, of Bentonville passed away on Sept. 4, 2014. She was born on Jan. 19, 1924, in Pindal, Ark., (Searcy County), to the late William L. and Nancy Arphinia "Fennie" (McCutchen) Reddell. She was the loving wife of Clinton Lombard for 25 years until his death in 1969. Nalta was a member of the Bentonville Church of Christ for many years. Survivors include four daughters, Loretta Lombard of Rogers, Patsy McCool and her husband, Evan, of Seligman, Mo., Nancy Tinsley of Springdale, Juanita Lowe and her husband, Don, of Centerton; and one son, Bert Lombard of Seligman, Mo.; and two sisters, Vernis Hayden of Bella Vista and Mary Gregory of Lee's Summit, Mo. She is also survived by five grandchildren, Clint Hall and his wife, Nancy, of Seligman, Mo., Vicky Cravens and her husband, Dan, of Seligman, Mo., Mallory Burgin and her husband, Nolan, of Oklahoma City, Madeline Lowe and Carly Lowe, both of Centerton; and one great-granddaughter, Abigail Mae Burgin. She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband; brothers, Frank, Orphus, Norman and Conrad Reddell; and sisters, Ardath Bedwell, Violet Hendrix and Loal Wheeler. A memorial service will be held on Tuesday, Sept. 9, 2014, at 1 p.m. in Rollins Funeral Home chapel. Arrangements are under the care of Rollins Funeral Home.
