Karen Kay Hinds

Karen Kay Hinds, 70, of Lowell passed away Thursday, Oct. 30, 2014, at Northwest Medical Center in Springdale. She was born Aug. 25, 1944, in Dunnegan, Mo., to Gerald and Elizabeth Agee Copeland. Karen was a floral designer. She was a member of Caudle Avenue Baptist Church, where she was active in Sunday school, AWANA, Vacation Bible School and the Community Meal. She was preceded in death by one daughter, Elizabeth Ann Hinds in 1987. Survivors include her husband, Johnny Hinds of the home to whom she married July 18, 1964; and one sister, Lisa Turner of Springdale. Funeral services will be Saturday, Nov. 1, 2014, at 2 p.m. at Sisco Funeral Chapel of Springdale, with Pastor Tim Shaw and Pastor Dennis Artman officiating. Burial will follow in Bluff Cemetery.
