James William 'Bill' Goheen

James William "Bill" Goheen, sailed away on fair winds and swallowing seas Thursday, Oct. 16, 2014, at Springdale. He was born Jan. 3, 1927. Bill retired from the United States Navy as an E9 master chief petty officer. He sailed on seven different ships from 1944 to 1973. He received medals in both Atlantic and Pacific Ocean areas. He was also a 32nd degree mason. Survivors: Ward Goheen, Carl Goheen, Mary Ann Fredrick. No services planned. www.siscofuneral.com
