Elda Charlean Shelly

Elda Charlean Shelly, 77, of Stilwell, Okla., passed away Wednesday, Oct. 15, 2014, in her home. She was a homemaker and of the Baptist faith. She was preceded in death by her first husband, Hugh Walker; one grandson, Ronnie Allen Rhodes; both parents, Walter Edward and Jimmie Lucille (Colton) Lovejoy; three sisters, Burlean Reed, Edna Freeman, Florence Lovejoy. Graveside service is at 2 p.m. Friday, Oct. 17, 2014, at Hall Cemetery Arbor in Natural Dam, Ark., under the direction of Ocker Funeral Home, Van Buren, Ark. She is survived by her three daughters, Darlene Roach and husband, Steve, of Morrow, Ark., Tonia Rhodes and husband, Ronnie, of Bell, Okla., Ocie Medlock and husband, Joe, of Talequah, Okla.; one son, Hugh Edward Walker and wife, Paula, of Evansville, Ark.; two brothers, Myrl Edward Lovejoy and wife, Lea, of Evansville, Ark., Bennett Wayne Lovejoy and wife, Lynda, of Evansville, Ark.; 14 grandchildren; 10 great-grandchildren; one great-great-grandchild. Pallbearers are Stephen Roach, David Walker, Walter Walker, Chris Rhodes, Cody Rhodes and Colton Thackeray.
