Gladys Ann Koontz

Gladys Ann Koontz, age 86, of Centerton passed away on Oct. 30, 2014. She was born on Jan. 19, 1928, in Albany, Minn., to the late Gregory and Rose Hofmann. Gladys loved fishing, gardening, sports and bingo with her Bradford House friends. Survivors include children, Catherine Farber, John O. Koontz Sr., Michael Koontz and wife, Kathryn, Thomas Koontz and Rick; sisters, Bernice and Renee; five grandchildren; and three great-grandchildren. Many thanks to her Bradford House family and Circle of Life Hospice. Services will be private. Cremation arrangements by Rollins Funeral Home of Rogers.
