Otis Bivins

Otis Duane Bivins, age 76, of Prairie Grove passed away May 24, 2014. Duane was born Oct. 14, 1937, in Texas to parents Otis and Hallie Bivins. He worked as a roofer and was a good friend and neighbor to many. Duane also enjoyed hunting, fishing and camping. Duane is survived by his wife, Jackie Bivins of the home; and a multitude of friends. Arrangements are with Benton County Memorial Park Funeral Home, 3800 W. Walnut, Rogers, Ark.
