Jack Haynes Smith

Jack Haynes Smith, 79, of Huntsville passed away Tuesday, May 13, 2014, at his home. He was born Sept. 15, 1934, in Oilton, Okla., to Leo William and Opal Beulah Liles Smith. Jack worked for 20 years at Withrow Springs State Park retiring as an assistant supervisor. He enjoyed fishing, hunting and playing music. He was preceded in death by his parents. Survivors include his wife, Ruby Smith of the home; two sons, Jim Smith and wife, Martha, of Rogers, and John Smith and wife, Carrie, of Golden, Mo.; one daughter, Saundra Carr and husband, William, of Fayetteville; two sisters, Nancy Graham of Eufaula, Okla., and Gayle Bean of McAlester, Okla.; 15 grandchildren; and 34 great-grandchildren.
