Harold R. Dugger, 86, a Rogers area businessman and entrepreneur, passed away Monday, July 28, 2014, at his residence. He served in the United States Army. Harold purchased the local A & W Restaurant and opened two others. He established the locally famous "open 24 hours a day" Waffle Hut. He was preceded in death by his parents; his wife, Midge in 2010; one brother; and two sisters. Harold is survived by three devoted daughters, Elaine Myers and husband, Steve, and daughter, Chelsea Bruto, of Everton, Mo., Lesa Dugger of Rogers, Kandie Jones and husband, Lance, and their two children, Shea and Kinson, of Springfield, Mo. Memorial services will be at 10 a.m. Saturday, Aug. 2, 2014, at Stockdale-Moody Funeral Chapel in Rogers, with the Rev. Steve Jordan.
