Patricia Ann Sharp

Patricia Ann Sharp, 78, passed away July 2, 2014, at Casa de la Luz Hospic in Tucson, Ariz. She was born on Aug. 10, 1935, in Boston Township, Ark., to Wilbur Loyd Sharp and Georgia Lee (Norris) Sharp. Pat grew up in Stickler, Ark. As an adult, she attained a cosmetology license as well as a real estate broker's license, and worked for a number of years in both fields. Later in Life, she attended college at Pima Community College in Tucson, Ariz., where she received a degree in substance abuse counseling. Pat married Alvin Lee McClelland in 1951 in Fayetteville, Ark. Pat was preceded in death by her parents, Loyd and Georgia Sharp; sisters, Betty Juanita Sharp, Mary Louise Sharp and Audrey Maxine McClelland. Pat is survived by daughters, Carol Jeanine (Robert) Bogart of Columbia, Mo., Judith Ann (Gary) McDonald of Lincoln, Ark.; sister, Sandy Whitehouse (Raydean); grandchildren, Leticha Whisenhunt, Courtney Bogart, Travis Bogart, Micah Bogart, Mariah McDonald, Britney McDonald and Whitney McDonald; great-grandchildren, Charles Barks and Collin Bogart; and her nieces and nephews and other relatives. A memorial service will be held at the McDonald family home, 11280 Vol-Cheatham, Lincoln, Ark., at 11 a.m. July 26, 2014.
