Kelly Lee Stacy, age 48, of Fayetteville died Sunday, July 20, 2014, in Fayetteville. He was born Oct. 25, 1965, in Fayetteville, the son of Gary and Karen Jones Stacy. He was an employee of the city of Fayetteville water department. He is survived by his wife, Laura Stacy; a son, Garrett Stacy of Fayetteville; his parents, Gary and Karen Stacy of Fayetteville; a brother, Travis Stacy of Fayetteville; an aunt, Glenda Watts of Fayetteville; and an uncle, Billy M.
