James Allen "Jim" Nossett

James Allen "Jim" Nossett, 50, of Rogers passed away July 16, 2014 in Rogers. He was born Dec. 28, 1963, in Pomona, Calif., the son of William Allen Nossett and Michal Sloan de Boer. Jim served in the United States Navy from Dec. 26, 1990, to Oct. 8, 2008. He is survived by his mother, Michal de Boer of Rogers; his father, William Nossett of Frankston, Texas; brothers, John de Boer of Rogers and Fred de Boer of California; his sister, Lori Cesenas of Rogers; his nephew, Serrgio; and nieces, Amber, Erica, Arianna, Hannah and Rebekah.
