Tina Kay Wolfe, 55, of Rogers passed away Monday, Jan. 27, 2014, in Rogers. She was born to Ernest and Sandra Thornell, May 22, 1958, in Madison, Wis. Tina graduated from Horicon High School in 1976. Tina dedicated 28 years of service to her community and her state. She began her career at the Booneville Human Development Center, where she worked her way up to a Level 2 aide. During this time, she also became a coach for the area Special Olympics. After a move to Rogers, she continued her service at the Benton County Health Department as a lab technician. Tina is survived by her parents, Ernest and Sandra Thornell of Magazine, Ark.; her fiance, Richard Steed of Rogers; her four daughters, Amber Spear of Pensacola Fla., Kandace Dyle of Rogers, Sandra Dyle of Fort Smith and Megan Wolfe of Ava, Mo.; her grandchildren, Kaleb Kennedy, Jackson and Preston Spear; and her siblings, Tammy Van de Bogart, Teal Barto, Ernie Thornell and Karl Thornell. Visitation will be from 5 to 6 p.m. Saturday, Feb. 1, 2014, with funeral services at 6 p.m. in the chapel of Benton County Funeral Home, 306 N. 4th St., Rogers.
