Christine C. McDonald Marcum

Christine C. McDonald Marcum, age 62, of Rogers died Sunday, Jan. 26, 2014, in Rogers. She was born June 7, 1951, in Fayetteville, Ark., the daughter of Arthur Lesley and Bessie Phelan McDonald. She was preceded in death by her parents; and a son, Toby Turner. She worked at Mercy Hospital in Rogers in medical records. She was a Baptist. She is survived by three sons, Chris Johnson and Skip Johnson, both of Smackover, Ark., and Arthur Turner of Missouri; three sisters, Patsy Recio of Fayetteville, Ark., Kitty Ewers of Brentwood, Ark., and Elizabeth Bartee of Elkins, Ark.; two brothers, Tommy McDonald of Camden, Ark., and Edward McDonald of Fayetteville, Ark.; and nine grandchildren. Visitation will be 5 to 7 p.m. Friday, Jan. 31, 2014, at Moore's Chapel. A funeral service will be held at 2 p.m. Saturday at Moore's Chapel. Pastor Don George will officiate.
