William 'Bill' Lee Coffelt

William "Bill" Lee Coffelt, 68, of Prairie Grove passed away Tuesday, Dec. 31, 2013, at Washington Regional Medical Center. He was born March 15, 1945, in Douglas, Ariz., to Hobart "Doc" Lee Coffelt and Betty Tegard. He served the country in the Unites States Army. He worked in the gold mines of Nevada for 20-plus years. He loved his work and the open range of Nevada. He is preceded in death by his parents. He is survived by his son, Gene Coffelt of Muskogee, Okla.; daughter, Grace Cooper of Prairie Grove; brothers, John Coffelt and Hobart Coffelt of Springfield, Mo.; sister, Hollie Parrish of Republic, Mo.; stepsister, GayNell Cranor of Springfield, Mo.; son-in-law, Gary Cooper; grandchildren, KayLee Grace Cooper and Dylan William Cooper; and step-grandchildren, Kaysha and Daniel Cooper, and Kim and Kyle Johnson.
