Jerry Lee Villines, age 68 of Springdale, passed away Feb. 15, 2014. Jerry was born Jan. 29, 1946, in Harrison, Ark., to parents Zeb Villines and Enard Luper Villines. He was united in marriage to Phyllis Wyatt on Dec. 27, 1966, in Huntsville, Ark. They enjoyed over 47 years together. Jerry worked for many years as a trucker and was an owner operator. He attended church at the House of Worship in Hindsville and enjoyed hunting, playing the guitar and the outdoors. Jerry was preceded in death by his infant brother, Bradley Kevin Villines; sister in law, Earlene Villines and two nephews, Gary Don Whiteley and Trace Trammell. Jerry is survived by his wife, Phyllis of the home; parents, Zeb and Enard of Kingston, Ark.; daughters, Laura and husband Danny Etchison of Tontitown and Melinda and husband Tim Baker of Springdale; brothers, Gary Thomas Villines and wife Debbie of Harrison, Ronnie Villines and wife Janet of Harrison, Dwayne Villines and wife Phyllis of Kingston; sisters, Judy Whiteley and husband Bill of Berryville, Arkansas and Paulette Thompson and husband Johnnie of Huntsville; grandchildren, Steven and Leah Etchison of Tontitown and Kaylan Baker of Springdale; 11 nieces and nephews and a host of other relatives and friends. The family has asked that in lieu of flowers donations be made to Washington Regional Hospice, P.O. Box 356, Fayetteville, AR 72702. The family will receive guests from 5 to 8 p.m. Tuesday evening at the Calvary Free Will Baptist Church, 1000 N. Gutensohn Road, Springdale, Ark. Funeral services will be 2 p.m. Wednesday, Feb. 19, 2014, at Calvary Free Will Baptist Church in Springdale, with interment to follow at Friendship Cemetery of Springdale. Arrangements are with Benton County Memorial Park Funeral Home, 3800 W. Walnut, Rogers.
