Robert Lee Patton, 84, of Lowell passed away Monday, Dec. 22, 2014, at Springdale. He was born Sept. 4, 1930, in Selma, Calif., to Cecil and Lillie Pace Patton. Robert worked as a manufacturing inspector. He served in the United States Navy during the Korean War. He was stationed in Kodiak, Alaska. He worked for the Border Patrol. He graduated from the University of Arkansas with honors with a degree in business administration. He was a member of Cross Church where he was an Evangelism Explosion trainer. He loved to travel out West. He enjoyed hiking at the Grand Canyon. He enjoyed swimming at the health club. He was a member of the Saturday Breakfast Club at Hardees. Survivors include his wife, Bonnie Patton of the home; two sons, Michael Lee Patton of Bentonville and Gary Lee Patton of Lowell; one daughter, Linda Undernehr and husband, Michael, of Lowell; one brother, Kenneth Patton of Bethel Heights; three sisters, Christine Weiss of Bethel Heights, Kathy Patton of Bethel Heights and Joyce Alley of Springdale; three grandchildren, Jonathan, Kera and Noah Undernehr. Funeral services will be Friday, Dec. 26, 2014, at 2 p.m. at Sisco Funeral Chapel of Springdale, with the Rev. Charlie Foster officiating. Burial will follow in Wilson Cemetery. Visitation will be Friday from 1 to 2 p.m. at the funeral home. Memorials may be made to Cross Church, Missionary Fund, 1709 Johnson Road, Springdale, AR 72762.
