Billy Frank Tucker

Billy Frank Tucker, age 79, went to be with the Lord on December 13, 2014, in the Republic of Singapore. Bill was born in Lake Providence, La., on Dec. 29, 1934, to the late Barney and Minnie Lee Tucker. He is survived by his wife (Sarah Lee); two sisters (Bonita Cervelloni and Kathy Manners); his three children, Daniel Lee, Jennifer Lee and Benjamin Lee and numerous brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law, nieces, nephews, and cousins. Bill was preceded in death by his parents and two brothers (Maurice and Bobby Tucker). A celebration of life service will be held at the Sisco Funeral Chapel of Springdale at 11 a.m. on Dec. 24, 2014. Visitation will take place from 9 a.m. to 11 a.m. before the service.
