Ruby Dallas Franks

Ruby Dallas Franks, 100 years old, a resident of Prairie Grove, passed away Aug. 6, 2014, at Katherine's Place in Fayetteville. She was born July 10, 1914, in Prairie Grove, the daughter of Ernest Lee and Drucilla Cox McCamish. She was preceded in death by her husband, George William Franks; two sons, Billy Franks and Roy Gene Franks. Survivors include two daughters-in-law, Mary Franks of Prairie Grove and Ophelia Franks of Summers; four grandchildren, Michelle Franks Gibbs, Michael Lee Franks, Timothy Franks and LaDonna Hays; and seven great-grandchildren. Funeral service will be held Thursday, Aug. 7, 2014, 2 p.m. at Rheas Mill Community Church in Rhea, Ark., with burial in Rhea Cemetery.
