Earl Dean West

Earl Dean West, 73, of Bella Vista died Friday, Aug. 1, 2014, at Circle of Life Hospice Bentonville. He was born March 28, 1941, in Maryville, Mo., the son of Edith and Earl West. Earl served in the U.S. Navy. He was a member of the Elks Lodge 2144. Earl enjoyed fishing and throwing darts. Earl was preceded in death by his parents and two nephews. Earl is survived by his wife of 49 years, Leota "Lee" West of Bella Vista; one son, Earl Duane West of Iowa; one daughter, Teresa West of Texas; two brothers, Don West and his wife, Julie, of Wisconsin, John West and his wife, Sharon, of Missouri; two grandchildren; three great-grandchildren; special friends, Dan and Marilyn Franklin of Bella Vista; many loving family members and friends; and his special buddy, "Peanut."
