Freddie Brooks

Freddie Brooks, age 77 years, passed away Tuesday, April 15, 2014, in Fayetteville. He was born Nov. 23, 1936, in Fayetteville to parents Fred Brooks and Bessie (Counts) Brooks. He is preceded in death by his wife, Carole; and a brother, Edward Brooks. Freddie is survived by two children, daughter, Karen Breedlove and husband, Alan, of Fayetteville; son, Michael Brooks of Phoenix, Ariz.; two grandchildren, Morgan Phipps and husband, Michael, of Fayetteville, and Greg Brooks of Phoenix, Ariz.
