Burnis Eiland

Burnis Eiland, age 75, of Fayetteville passed away Sunday April 13, 2014, in Fayetteville. She was born Oct. 25, 1938, in East Texas to Jack and Era May Brown Heflin. She was a member of Harris Baptist Church in Elkins. Was preceded in death by her husband Wesley Eiland. She is survived by her daughter, Kathy McCoy and her husband Mike of Fayetteville; two sons, Jackie Eiland and his wife Deanna of Fayetteville; Danny Eiland and his wife Liz of Fayetteville; two sisters, Kay Conder of Abilene, Texas; Rita Martin of Plainview, Texas; three brothers, Rob Heflin and Thomas Heflin both of Plainview, Texas. Lewis Heflin of Alba, Texas; seven grandchildren and three great-grandchildren. Visitation will be 5 p.m. – 7 p.m. Tuesday, April 15, 2014, at Moore's Chapel. Graveside service will be 10 a.m. Wednesday at Round Mountain Cemetery under the direction of Moore's Chapel in Fayetteville.
