Betty Louise Thompson, 76, of Rogers passed away April 7, 2014, in Rogers. She was born Jan. 17, 1938, in Monett, Mo., the daughter of Claud and Margarete Farmer Timmons. She was a former computer programmer and was a realtor. She was a member of Bentonville Church of Christ and a missionary and supporter of Latin American Missions, NWA Women's Veterans and Beaver Lake Literacy Council tutor from 1998-1999. She is preceded in death by her husband, Glen A. Thompson; her father, Claud Timmons; and her mother, Margarete Clements. She is survived by her children, Tina Duffek of Rogers, Tammie Thompson of Fayetteville and Mark Thompson of Stark City, Mo.; grandchildren, Stephanie Coleman, Aaron and Ryan Duffek; two sisters, Barbara Timmons and Myra Martin, both of Miami, Okla. Private interment in the Gray's Cemetery in Parrish, Ala. Arrangements by Benton County Funeral Home, 306 N. 4th, Rogers, Ark. Memorial contributions may be made to Latin American Missions, P.O.
