Arthur Collins

Arthur Collins, 72, of Springdale, Ark., passed away on Wednesday, May 8, 2013, at Northwest Medical Center in Springdale, Ark. He was born May 21, 1940, in Cleveland, Okla., to Francis and Louise Collins. He was a truck driver for 40+ years and retired from Jones Truck Lines. He enjoyed fishing, watching the Razorbacks and spending time with his family. He was preceded in death by his brothers, Leroy, Jimmy, and Doug Collins; and one sister, Judy Gates. He is survived by his wife, Alma (Freeman) Collins of Springdale; and four sisters, Joann Gardner, Sue White, Phyllis Johnson and Pam Carney; three children, Randy Collins, Tammy Laswell and her husband, Gary, Brent Collins and his wife, Shanna; five grandsons; two granddaughters; two great-grandsons; and his beloved dog, Gidget.
