Brenda L. Wright

Brenda Wright, age 52, of Bentonville, died June 21, 2013, at Mercy Medical Center in Rogers. She was born in Fort Wayne, Ind., on Dec. 31, 1960. She was a nurse's aide for many years, and later was a waitress at Waffle House. Survivors include her children, Mitchell Wright II and Jonathon Wright of Rockford, Ill., Andrew Wright of Bentonville, Jeremy Wright of St. Joseph, Mo., Anna Wright of Bentonville; mother, Donna Mettert of Bentonville; siblings, Mary Gresham of Rogers, Linda Salas of Centerton, Ruth Long of Bella Vista, James Mettert of Bentonville, Joyce Barajas of Rogers, Mark Mettert of Cave Springs, Sarah Mettert of Bentonville, Nathan Mettert of Centerton, Paul Mettert of Bentonville, Norma Grandberry of Bentonville; four grandchildren; and her ex-husband who was a very close and special friend, Mitchell Wright of St. Joseph, Mo. She was preceded in death by her father, Harry Mettert. No public service is scheduled. Memorials, in lieu of flowers, may be made to the American Cancer Society. Cremation arrangements are by Rollins Funeral Home of Rogers.
