Earnest Wayne Wright

Earnest "Ernie" Wright, 55, of Ponca City, Okla., passed away Sunday, July 28, 2013, at the Fayetteville Veterans Hospital. Ernie was born Oct. 18, 1957, in Pawnee, Okla., a son of Robert Wright and Myrtle Morris Wright. Ernie served proudly in the U.S. Army. He was preceded in death by his father, Robert Wright. Ernie is survived by his mother, Myrtle Wright; two brothers, Robert Wright Jr. and wife, Penny, and Bret Wright and wife, Pam; one sister, Debra Groff and husband, Paul; three sons, John, William and wife, Rhianna, and Cody; one daughter, Melissa Wilson and husband, Don; one grandson; one granddaughter; one aunt, Shirley Morris; nieces, nephews; and longtime childhood friend, Keith (Bear) Cannady.
