Nella Mae McCrory

Nella Mae "Bunny" McCrory, 88, of Rogers went to be with her Lord and Savior on Sept. 8, 2012, at her son's home in Rogers. She was born April 13, 1924. She lived her early life on Neville Island, Pa. She was a housewife and mother for much of her life. She was also co-owner of Rogers Hardware in downtown Rogers in the 1970s and 1980s. She was a member of the First Baptist Church, but in recent years attended Fellowship Bible Church of Northwest Arkansas with her family. She was preceded in death by her husband, Charles McCrory. She is survived by her children and their spouses, April and Rick Olson of Bella Vista, Craig McCrory of Rogers, Randy and Natalie McCrory of Rogers; her foreign exchange student, Celso and Beth Nobre of Oak Creek, Wis.; grandchildren, Jason McCrory, Krystal Morse, Chelsea Tucker, Adam McCrory, Kalynn McCrory, Zachary Olson and Christopher Nobre; as well as six-plus great-grandchildren. Bunny enjoyed celebrating holidays, camping and other travels. She had a deep love for God and all God's creation, and her family will remember her as they enjoy the flowers, mountains, stars, trees and clouds that were so dear to her. Celebration of life services will be held at 11 a.m. Saturday, Sept. 15, 2012, at Fellowship Bible Church at 1051 Pleasant Grove Road in Lowell, Ark. Cremation is under the direction of Benton County Memorial Park Funeral Home of Rogers. The family requests, in lieu of flowers, donations be made to Circle of Life Hospice, 901 Jones Road, Springdale, AR 72764.
