Joseph Armstrong, 36, of Seligman, Mo., died Tuesday, Oct. 9, 2012. Survivors: parents, Rick and Annette Stephens; two daughters, Jada and Ciara Armstrong; a son, Koda Armstrong. Service is set for Friday, Oct. 12, at 11 a.m. at Sisco Funeral Home Chapel, Pea Ridge. Visitation is 10 a.m. before service.
