Michael Jay Curry

Michael Jay Curry was born Dec. 26, 1968, in Los Angeles, Calif., to Wilbert Curry and Dorcas Stephens. He was married to his beloved wife Christie on Aug. 17, 2008, in Anchorage, Alaska. He was taken from us on April 18, 2012. He is survived by his mother, Dorcas; his wife, of the home; two sons, Krede Curry of Anchorage, Alaska, Kody Curry of Indiana; one grandson of Anchorage; one brother, Stephen Curry of Bella Vista, Ark.; four sisters, Kimberly Wood and her husband, Tom, of Watts, Okla., Marcina Wheeler of Prairie Grove, Ark., Kerri Booth and her husband, Dave, of Fayetteville, and Lisa Overtone of Anchorage, Alaska. He loved Alaska, his job, music, his Harley-Davidson, fishing and camping. Memorial service will be held at The Event Place, Highway 16 W., at 11 a.m. Thursday, May 31.
