Euna O. Winkler

Euna O. Winkler, 88, a resident of Harrison, passed away June 26, 2012, in Harrison. She was born Sept. 28, 1923, in Cincinnati, Ark., the daughter of William Calvin and Osa Mable Hicks Edwards. She was preceded in death by her husband, Homer, in 1997; her parents; two brothers, Hallic and Alfred Edwards; one sister, Eula Parrish; and one great-grandchild. Survivors include two daughters, Charolette Barnard and her husband, Raymond, of Western Grove, Ark., and Betty Barnard and her husband, Darrell, of Valley Springs, Ark.; one brother, Harvey Edwards, of Siloam Springs, Ark.; four grandchildren, Sherry Smith and husband, Keith, Bryan Barnard and wife, Celie, Scott Barnard and wife, Melissa, and Nathan Barnard and his wife, Monica; 11 great-grandchildren, Isaac, Bethani and Faith Smith, Stefanee Barnard Gahlbeck and her husband, Mitchell, Garrett, Christopher, Hunter, Brady, Payton, Parker and Brody Barnard; one great-great-grandchild, Madison Grace Gahlbeck. Family will receive friends on Friday evening from 5-6 p.m. at Luginbuel Funeral Home. Funeral service will be held Saturday, June 30, 2012, at 10 a.m. at Luginbuel Chapel. Burial will be in Bethesda Cemetery near Morrow, Ark.; there will be no graveside services held at the cemetery. Pallbearers will be her grandsons.
