Marion Lucille "Sibyl" Clark, 95, of Rogers, Ark., died peacefully June 22, 2012. She was born May 7, 1917, in Stuart, Iowa. She married Hardy Clark and moved to Marshalltown, Iowa, where they owned and operated a Shell station until 1978, when they retired to Rogers. She worked as an Enrolled Agent for H&R Block for many years. She was a sharpshooter and an active member of the National Rifle Association until she died. She was dedicated to recyclying and served as captain of Arkansas Pride Squadron, cleaning up the Arkansas highways for many years. She is preceded in death by Hardy, who died in 1987; and her stepson, Hardy Jr. She is survived by her sister, Lorena W. Liter-Diest of Des Moines; and many nieces and nephews, who affectionately called her "Aunt Sib." There will be a memorial celebration in Marshalltown, Iowa, at a later date.
