Julie Nugent, 60, of Rogers died July 5, 2012. Born July 20, 1951, in Kenosha, Wis., to Donald Nugent and Audrey Carter. Julie is survived by her mother, Audrey; one brother, Steven (Jann) Nugent of Rantoul, Ill.; one sister, Loraine (Jerry) Flukey of Woodbine, N.J.; and her beloved dog, Gracie.
