Margaret Anna Moorehouse

Margaret Anna Moorehouse, 89, of Bella Vista, Ark., died Tuesday, Jan. 10, 2012, at her home in Bella Vista. She was born on June 9, 1922, in Menlo, Kan., to John Schiltz and Catherine Ostmeyer Schiltz. She married Earle Moorehouse on Sept. 24, 1944, in St. Augustine, Fla. She moved to Bella Vista in 1986 from Rapid City, S.D. She was a member of St. Bernard Catholic Church, Lutheran Braille, Perpetual Adoration at St. Bernard Catholic Church, Habitat for Humanity and Bella Vista Nine-Holers. She was preceded in death by her parents; husband; and two brothers. She is survived by three sons, Mike Moorehouse of Bella Vista, Ark., John Moorehouse (Pat) of Montgomery, Ala., David Moorehouse (Melinda) of Alabaster, Ala.; five daughters, Angela Peterson of Orlando, Fla., Kathleen Coulter of Bella Vista, Ark., Patricia Harris (Dan) of Springfield, Mo., Teresa Mohon (Robert) of Arlington, Neb., Julie Pilgrim (Randy) of Lafayette, La.; 15 grandchildren; and five great-grandchildren. Visitation will be from 5 to 7 p.m. on Friday, Jan. 13, 2012, with Rosary at 7 p.m. at the Bella Vista Funeral Home Chapel, 2258 Forest Hills Blvd., Bella Vista, Ark. A Mass of the Resurrection will be at 10 a.m. on Saturday, Jan. 14, 2012, at St. Bernard Catholic Church, One St. Bernard Lane, Bella Vista, Ark.
