Tennie C. Ratledge, 47 of Decatur passed away February 23, 2012 in Bentonville. She was born November 22, 1964 in Ft. Smith, Arkansas the daughter of Arthur Elie and Connie Beals Skaggs. She was a homemaker. Preceded in death by her mother and two grandchildren. Survivors her husband Charles Ratledge of the home; son Michael, Jon and Charles Ratledge; her father Arthur Skaggs; brothers Terry, Logan, Tim and Casey Skaggs; sisters Audrey Siewell, Julie Goodman and JoCassia Vela all of the Decatur area; three grandchildren Memorial services will be at a later date.
