Vivian Faye Ford

Vivian Faye Ford, age 63, of Farmington, died Saturday, Dec. 15, 2012, in Farmington. She was born July 24, 1949, in McAlester, Okla., the daughter of Floyd Ward and Verline Jenette Smith Phillips. She was preceded in death by a brother, Gary Phillips. She was a homemaker and a member of White Rock Light of Faith Pentecostal Church of God. She is survived by four daughters, Angela Gomes of Kerrville, Texas, Kasey Guinn of Fayetteville, Ark., Sherry Gomes and Cary Gomes, both of California; two brothers, Don Malone of Fayetteville, Ark., and John Dwayne Keech of Broken Arrow, Okla.; a sister, Phyllis Painter of Savannah, Ga.; eight grandchildren; and two great-grandchildren.
