Lena O Wright

Lena O. Wright, age 79, of Fayetteville died Saturday, Dec. 1, 2012. She was born June 26, 1933, in St. Paul, Ark., to Sidney and Emily Samples Bryant. She retired from Levi Strauss as an instructor. She was preceded in death by her parents; husband, Ernest Wright Jr.; daughter, Nicky Lynn McNunn; and one son, Michael Lee Wright. She is survived by her son, Chris Wright and his wife, Becky, of Springdale, Ark.; two sisters, Georgia McCarroll of Bethesda, Md., and Janice Gates of Jamesport, Mo.; five brothers, Jasper Bryant, Jim Bryant, Max Bryant, Bobby Bryant, Jerry Bryant, all of Fayetteville; five grandchildren; and seven great-grandchildren. Visitation will be from 6 to 8 p.m. Tuesday, Dec. 4, 2012, at Moore's Chapel. Funeral service will be 1 p.m. Wednesday at Moore's Chapel with burial at the Fayetteville National Cemetery under the direction of Moore's Chapel. Pallbearers will be Jerry Bryant, Shawn Wright, Jeremy Wright, Michael Wright, David Nielson and Nathan Lowery.
