Mary McMillen Harrell

Mary McMillen Harrell, of Fayetteville, Ark., passed away on Tuesday, Aug. 28, 2012, at Circle of Life Hospice in Springdale. She was 92 years old. She was born Oct. 5, 1919, in Watts, Okla., to parents Samuel Edward McMillen and Fay (Yount) McMillen Keck. Mary managed the McRoy-McNair Bookstore for many years. She is preceded in death by her husband, Tilford "Tiff" E. Harrell, her parents, and two brothers. She is survived by her dear friend and caregiver, Joy Drummonds, of Springdale, Ark., and friends, Carolyn Bradley of Tonititown, Ark., and Olivia Sordo of Fayetteville, Ark. Private interment will be at Fairview Memorial Gardens. Her close friends and caregivers would like to extend their thanks to Fayetteville City Hospital, and Circle of Life Hospice in Springdale for the wonderful and kind care they gave to Mary.
