Raymond "Ray" Saullo, 68, of Rogers, Ark., passed away Thursday, Aug. 23, 2012, at his residence. He was born Feb. 23, 1944, in Somerville, N.J., to Louis F. Saullo and Margaret Mastrull Saullo. He proudly served in the United States Army during the Vietnam War as a specialist-cartographer and was a member of the American Legion. He loved the fact that he received special treatment everywhere he went because he was a veteran. He attended Pennsylvania State University and graduated from Fort Lewis College in Durango, Colo. He worked in fuel management and retired from J.B. Hunt. He was a big New York Yankees fan. He loved his wife, children and grandchildren more than life itself. He was preceded in death by his parents. Survivors include his wife, Anne Bugea Saullo; four children, Ryan Anthony Saullo, Mission, Kan., Noel Chiara Saullo and fiance, Nazerano Rossi, of Santa Cruz, Calif., Danielle Saullo Buckmann and husband, Beau, of Overland Park, Kan., Michael Raymond Saullo and fiancee, Kristen Shook, of Fayetteville, Ark.; three grandchildren, Zachary Allen Buckmann and Avery Ryan Buckmann of Overland Park, Kan., Angelo Vincent Rossi of Santa Cruz, Calif. Visitation will be from 5 to 7 p.m. today, Aug. 26, 2012, at Stockdale-Moody Funeral Services in Rogers. Funeral services will be at 10 a.m. Monday, Aug. 27, 2012, at Stockdale-Moody Funeral Chapel in Rogers. Full military honors will be provided by American Legion, Post #100, Northwest Arkansas Honor Guard. Memorials may be made to the American Cancer Society, Center for Nonprofits, 1200 W.
