Betty Jo Stephens, 89, of Bella Vista, Ark., died Saturday, Aug. 18, 2012, at Highlands Healthcare. Betty is survived by her son, Thomas Stephens (Ellen) of Bella Vista. No services are planned. Arrangements are by the Bella Vista Funeral Home & Crematory.
