Rena Lou Wills

Rena Lou Wills, 77, of Bella Vista, Ark., was surrounded by family as she passed away at 9:20 a.m. on Thursday, Aug. 16, 2012. She was born in El Paso, Texas, on March 31, 1935. She and her husband Wendell made Bella Vista their home in 1992. She loved to bowl and play the slots and enjoyed eating at Moe's restaurant in El Paso, Texas. Rena Lou was a homemaker and "adopted" many into her family over the years. Even in her final months, she continued to touch lives with her humor and love. She was always there for anyone who needed her, and she will be greatly missed by her family and friends. She was preceded in death by her parents, Dick and Nettie Wilcox; her brother and sister-in-law, Buddy and Francis Wilcox; her brother, Bill Wilcox; and her son, Michael David Wills. She is survived by her husband of 56 years, Wendell Wills, of Bella Vista; daughter Pasty Wills, of Bella Vista; daughter and son-in-law, Janet and Robin Perkins, of Rogers; granddaughter, Brittany Perkins, of Rogers; grandson, and his wife, Josh and Nikki Perkins, of Memphis, Tenn.; great-grandson, Dallas Perkins, of Memphis, Tenn.; brother-in-law, Robert Wills, and wife, BeBe of San Angelo, Texas; sister-in-law, Helen Kennedy of San Angelo, Texas; close friends, Joe and Linda Carter, of El Paso, Texas; and many nieces and nephews. Visitation will be from 6 to 8 p.m., Tuesday, Aug. 21, 2012, at Stockdale-Moody Funeral Services in Rogers. Funeral services will be at 10 a.m., Wednesday, Aug. 22, 2012, at Stockdale-Moody Funeral Chapel with Chaplain John Pate officiating. Burial will be at 1 p.m. at the National Cemetery in Fayetteville. Memorials may be made in honor of Rena Wills to Circle of Life Hospice, 901 Jones Road, Springdale, AR, 72762.
