Bruce Theron Kizzire

Bruce Theron Kizzire, 56, passed away Tuesday, August 7, 2012, at St. Vincent's in Little Rock. Bruce was born January 4, 1956, in Hazen to Cecil and Lucille Parr Kizzire. He was a 1975 graduate of Stuttgart High School. He attended and graduated DeWitt Vocational School. He was a supervisor at Lennox Industries, a 4th-degree Knights of Columbus, and member of Holy Rosary Catholic Church. Bruce enjoyed riding his horse Sky with his wife Debra and their horse friends. He also loved being Biggs to Meritt and Emma. Besides his parents, he was preceded in death by his brother, Billy Kizzire; and father-in-law, Jim Collier. Survivors are his wife of 33 years, Debra Kizzire; two daughters, Melissa McCarty and husband Chris and Peyton Kizzire, all of Fayetteville; three brothers, Troy Kizzire of Bella Vista, Charles Kizzire of Pratt, Kansas, and Richard Kizzire of Stuttgart; his mother and father-in-law, Pat and Mike Havlik of Stuttgart; and two granddaughters, Meritt and Emma McCarty. Memorial services will be 10 a.m. Thursday at Holy Rosary Catholic Church. His family requests memorials be made to Knights of Columbus, Holy Rosary Catholic School or CARTI at St. Vincent's.
