Viva Delores Viers

Viva Viers, 98, of Bentonville, died April 14, 2012, at Bradford House Nursing & Rehab. She was born in Camargo, Okla., on March 24, 1914, to the late Clarence and Lieuella (Johnston) Russell. She was a homemaker and a faithful Jehovah's Witness for 73 years. Survivors include her children, Russell Viers and wife, Jane, David Viers and wife, Lorie, all of Livingston, Mont., Delores Riley and husband, Marvin, Donald Viers and wife, Sharon, all of Rogers; sister, Jewell Payne of Bella Vista; seven grandchildren; 12 great-grandchildren; and seven great-great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband, Archie Viers, who died in 1967; children, Zeda Lieuella Viers, Carl Dean Viers; and three siblings. Memorial services will be held at a later date at the Kingdom Hall of Jehovah's Witnesses in Bentonville. Her cremated remains will rest with her parents at Rogers Cemetery. Cremation arrangements are by Callison-Lough Funeral Home of Rogers.
