Willie "Pop" Hindman, 87 of Conway, formerly of Tyronza, passed away Sunday, September 11, 2011. He was born August 11, 1924 in Nixon, Tennessee to the late Charles Wesley Hindman and the late Burma Hickerson Hindman. He was a farmer, worked for the City of Tyronza, was retired from Singer Furniture and was of the Baptist Faith. e was preceded in death by his parents; his wife of 34 years, Rebble Sharp Hindman; a son, Charles Hindman; his step-mother, Ruby Hindman Durham; ; and two great-grandchildren, Patrick and Spencer Hobby. He is survived by a son, Buddy Hindman (Wanda) of Vilonia; three daughters, Donna Belote (Ken) of Vilonia, Judy Barrett (Rod) of Bentonville, and Sherry Wright (Bob) of Conway; a daughter-in-law, Becky Hindman of Conway; three sisters, Anne Martin of Jonesboro, Dorothy Langston of Lepanto and Charlene Flowers of Jonesboro; six grandchildren, Chris Johnson (Sarah) of Abilene, Texas, Ben Johnson (Charlotte) of Austin, Texas, Stacey Hobby (Larry) of Vilonia, John David Hindman (Janna) of Vilonia, Heather Zakrzewski (Brad) of Little Rock and Zac Barrett of Little Rock; and seven great-grandchildren, Kyle Johnson, Dylan Hobby, Kaelyn Johnson, Kendal Johnson, Ingram Johnson, and James David Hindman. Funeral services will be Thursday, September 15, 2011 at 10 a.m. in the Roller-McNutt Funeral Home Chapel (501) 327-7727. Graveside service will be at 4 p.m. in the Tyronza Cemetery.
