Dr. Noel Frazier Ferguson

Dr. Noel Frazier Ferguson, 70, Harrison, died Monday, June 20, 2011, in Harrison. He was born November 17, 1940, in Forrest City, Arkansas, the son of Leon Frazier and Abbie (Thompson) Ferguson. His grandparents, Mama Reecie and Daddy Wills; and his parents preceded him in death. Dr. Ferguson was a member of Eagle Heights Baptist Church. He was a captain in the U.S. Air Force. He married Claudette Lindsey on August 25, 1963. He attended Ole Miss and UAMS. Dr. Ferguson was a physician serving Harrison and surrounding areas with his practice, Harrison Urology Clinic, since 1972. He was a pilot and enjoyed duck, quail and pheasant hunting. He had been a lifetime member of Gideon's International. Dr. Ferguson is survived by his wife, Claudette (Lindsey) Ferguson, of the home; his children, Dr. Scott Frazier Ferguson and wife Dr. Max Ann Ferguson of Harrison and Dr. Lindsey Noel (Ferguson) Seale and husband Greg of Springdale, Arkansas; his sister, Eden (Ferguson) Baber, of Little Rock, Arkansas; and grandchildren, Alex and Grayson Seale, of Springdale. Visitation is 6 to 8 p.m., Thursday, June 23, 2011, at Roller-Christeson Funeral Home, with services at 2 p.m., Friday, June 24, 2011, at Roller-Christeson Funeral Home, Harrison, with Rev. Rob Davis officiating. Interment is in Maplewood Cemetery. Pallbearers are John David Lindsey, Lyndy Lindsey, Jay Lindsey, Cary Lindsey, Greg Satterfield, Carroll Arland Bishop, John Tyler Baber and Bill Thompson.
