Anne Hefner Twedt of Hot Springs left this earth for her heavenly home on May 25th. She was born October 3rd, 1935 in Little Rock to John Washington Hefner and Ruth Hargis Hefner. She was an active member of First Methodist Church in Hot Springs and a member of the Emmaus Community. She loved gardening, beach trips, and studying the bible. Anne was preceded in death by her parents, her sister Roydra Elrod, and three brothers; Dr. Robert Hefner, John W. Hefner Jr., and Dr. Phillip Hefner. She is survived by her son, Steven Brantley and her daughter, Shannon Griffin; daughter- in-law, Cindy Brantley and son-in-law, Gary Griffin. She is also survived by six loving grandchildren; Brooks, Erica, Michael, Cassie, Chris, Chase as well as one great-grandchild, Payton. She was blessed by caring and supportive friends Cherie Crow, Teresa White, Sybil Hoover, Jo Sibley, Debra Yarberry and many others. A family memorial service will be held at a later date.
