Ukrainians’ fear grows as troops, weapons run short, retired UA professor says

SPRINGDALE -- Retired University of Arkansas professor Samuel Totten wanted to go farther east during his last Ukraine trip. His translator refused. Any farther east than Lviv and the 33-year-old translator feared he would be dragooned into the Ukrainian Army, Totten said in an interview last week.
