Stacie Bowlin, 40, of 956 W. Cato Springs Road in Fayetteville, was arrested Monday in connection with delivery of a counterfeit substance, possession of methamphetamine or cocaine with intent to deliver, possession of a controlled substance and a parole violation. Bowlin was being held Tuesday at the Washington County Detention Center with no bond set.
