FAYETTEVILLE -- Three women who testified during a jury trial Tuesday said a rural Washington County man repeatedly groped them while they were children.
Hyrum Norman Palmer, 62, is charged with three counts of second-degree sexual assault with the victims being less than 14 years of age.
