Emma Avenue sewer project worries downtown Springdale business owners

SPRINGDALE -- Connecting a planned hotel for 203 E. Emma Ave. to the city's sewer system will require a new line crossing Emma, and a number of downtown business owners are upset at the prospect of more construction disrupting their operations.
