Rogers receives $410,000 more from Walton Foundation for Victory Theater renovation

ROGERS -- The Walton Family Foundation granted another $410,000 to Rogers city government Tuesday to complete renovation of the Victory Theater after workers found the floor needed strengthening, the City Council was told.
