Springdale board OKs new grass for Arvest ballpark

SPRINGDALE -- The Public Facilities Board in a special meeting Tuesday voted to spend $43,000 to replace the grass in Arvest Ballpark, said Bill Rogers, president of the Springdale Chamber of Commerce.
